It has been brought to my attention that Subang candidates are not or shall I say do not frequently visit the USQ Study desk. As I have mentioned on numerous occasions during my lectures, this blog DOES NOT replace the studydesk. Instead, this is just amongst the few ‘value-added’ services for candidates that choose Subang as their preferred learning centre. Therefore, I urge all candidate to frequently visit the studydesk and the link has been provided for in this blog.
Please visit USQStudydesk!
UPDATE:
Dear Candidates, I have been receiving queries concerning the second part of the Assignment 1 depsite me posting the ’suggesttions’. Please read the suggestions. Just a brief recap, Discuss the factors that influence as mentioned in the assignment question. Then, should you use 11% as your discounted rate, please make sure you are able to rationalised why you use the figure 11, not 8 or not 15. Upon computing your NPV & IRR, just dont give me the figures, but explain what does it mean. Say your NPV is 1.5million and IRR 25.18%, you must be able to explain what does those figures means… in relation to your project. Hope it further clarifies what you are expected to do.
As discussed in the class, Don’t over-do with definitions and a like, but focus on the project brief to the statement made and support your opinion. Remember that to link back to your project brief and answer the issues/concern brought forward!
password protected and has been given in class, one-word with no capitalisation:
Best Wishes…
